Freezer meals can help save a ton of time, but many of the common options out there are a bit lackluster. The problem is that not everything reheats well from frozen.
I take a hybrid approach to freezer meal prepping! Rather than prepping an entire meal, I prep a time-consuming key ingredient. For example, prepping a lot of cooked Mexican marinated chicken meat to pull out and use in tacos, burritos, and more. This saves time, saves freezer space, and results in delicious fresh meals on busy weeknights.
If you enjoy this method, I strongly suggest investing in a vacuum sealer (and bags like these). Vacuum sealing results in the highest quality frozen meats, and also saves a ton of space!

Freeze Garlic
Freezing freshly minced garlic can help you save the time (and mess) of chopping garlic for every meal.
